At Quiksilver, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, our seamless return process makes it easy to get back to the surf or snow.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
